There is nothing like a tall frosty glass of iced tea on a hot summer day. The usual way people make iced tea is to brew the tea normally, let it rest, and then add ice to it, as well as sugar. Another way is to make “sun tea”, and yet another method is to use an automatic tea maker. The method you choose in the end will come down to convenience and cost, and whether you make ice tea often enough to justify the purchase of a machine. Some machines can also make ice coffee.
