A light colored coat is a good to have in your closet, especially in the spring, when the weather is still a bit chilly, and you don’t want to wear dark colors. Pair it up with neutral colors like white, black or grey to make it pop out. Of course, you have to decide on more than just the color of your coat: you need to choose the cut and general style too, as well as the particular shade of light blue you want.

Medium length coats are a good choice if you are not entirely sure of the style you want. Otherwise, if you want something that will cover you up more, you can go for a trench coat. These are perfect for the fall and the spring. If you want something to wear in the car – something that gives you more freedom of movement – then a shorter coat could be a good choice. Remember that light colored garments tend to get dirty more easily than their darker-colored counterparts. For colder weather, puffy coats will not only keep you warm, but they are very much in style these days.
