Jumpsuits are very popular these days, highly trendy, while still retaining a bit of a retro element. Denim tends to accentuate that retro-ness, because it is often associated with the sixties and seventies. Since jumpsuits are so popular these days, there are lots of styles to choose from, and lots of sizes too. So if you are beautifully rubenesque, there is no reason why you couldn’t find a jumpsuit or romper that fits you well and shows off all of your great curves.
Here’s a very tight version I like:

One of the types of jumpsuits that is becoming quite popular is the club jumpsuit. This is something you would wear for a night of dancing, and the style reflects this: it is made to be tight and sexy. But this is one of those times when you really should also consider comfort: When dancing, you will be moving your body a lot, and this means that unless the jumpsuit fits you very well, it could end up bunching up and/or pulling in certain ways that you didn’t expect. Having to re-adjust your clothes and tugging at sleeves or collars can really cramp your style on the dance floor, so keep this in mind. If you are opting for denim as a fabric for a tight jumpsuit, you may want a thin denim that will mold to body more easily than a thicker denim. If the jumpsuit is too loose it could look more like a frumpy pair of overalls.
Another example – I’ve never really like the acid-washed look, though:

Denim jumpsuits and rompers are available in the same types of fabric treatments as jeans: stone-washed, acid-washed, ripped, and so on. One difference though is that it may be harder to find a pair that fits. Why? Because with pants, you just have your bottom half to worry about.
