There is no reason why you can’t wear flip flop and still be stylish. This didn’t use to be the case. Flip-flops were once strictly pool-wear, meant to be practical rather than pleasing to the eye. But today the world’s top designers all have sandals and flip flops as part of their footwear lines. If you want some bling on your feet while still being comfortable, shiny silvery flip flops with glittery rhinestones are a great way to show off your style without breaking the bank.
Here’s a good example – not sure I like the double band, though:

Silver sandals are an easy and affordable way to add a little bling to a casual outfit. They look great with a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, for example. An outfit that might otherwise be bland is kicked up a notch thanks to shiny sandals. They have the same kind of effect as jewelry in that sense: They stand out and shine, changing the tone of what you are wearing, but they do it subtly, without having to go over-the-top – usually.
Here’s an example that I think is a little too flashy:

They can also be used as a way to give your feet a rest after an evening in heels. Instead of walking around barefoot, or wearing slippers that might be less-than-fashionable, you can get relief from your high-heels and still look dressed-up. When it comes to footwear that features adornments, you want to make sure you go for quality. The jewels or bows on poorly made shoes and sandals can fall off if not properly fastened or glued. If you intend on wearing your sandals on few occasions, this may not be a concern for you. But if these are going to be your everyday sandals, you may want to consider getting something more basic, and more versatile.
