When it comes time to buying cold weather clothing, we tend to go for big winter coats, but this may not be the best way to keep warm. Apparently, the key to keeping warm is to dress in layers. This means the you may end up being warmer by wearing several layers of thinner clothing, rather than one big thick layer. One way to achieve this is by wearing long underwear, on both your upper and lower body.
